I am very happy to announce that Master Zhen Quingchuan is coming to Portugal for the first time in September.
Master Zhen is an internationally renowned master and healer. In China I experienced him as a profound and creative teacher.

Zhineng Qigong promotes balance between body & mind and between mind & matter in order to live a life in harmony with oneself and the environment and to achieve holistic health.

The effect of Zhineng Qigong, medically the most effective form, when practiced regularly has been scientifically studied and proven. This form is taught at Chinese universities.

Master Zhen is known for his remarkable empathy and intuition, with which he uncovers the causes of illness in his patients and gives precise recommendations for activating their self-healing powers.

In this healing meditation evening we will focus our intention on self-healing.

In addition, you will learn a self-healing exercise that you can continue to practise at home at any time.

In addition to my nearsightedness, I also had presbyopia, which was causing me a lot of trouble. After participating in the self-healing seminar and after doing the regular practice of healing meditation, my vision actually improved significantly. Now I can thread again without visual aids, which I had not been able to do before.

I have now participated in three four-day Zhineng Qigong seminars with Chinese masters. The first time I was impressed by what happened on a physical or energetic level: on the third day of my first seminar I went running in the early morning, and I was feeling so free of fears and hurts as I had only been feeling in my childhood and youth. It was so beautiful that I was very touched and grateful that this was possible for me, at least temporarily.

I have been living with a diagnosis of Parkinson's disease for 14 years. In addition, I have been suffering from chronic sciatica for almost three years. Already on the first day after participating in the Qigong seminar I felt a significant improvement in my legs – both at night and during the day. The sciatica is also much better and the pain when walking has dissipated. This progress has given me strength and inspiration, as well as persistence not to give up my practice.

For some time now, I have been feeling the effects of the menopause: frequent night sweats, inner restlessness and the associated sleep disturbances. Already after the first day of the seminar I felt an improvement. I slept better than I had in weeks. The next day we learned exercises with the Qi ball, which help me a lot when inner restlessness rises up in me. After this weekend seminar I had much more energy and my body felt great!
